About

Structural Integrity. Nervous System Regulation. Targeted Recovery.

Physical pain and emotional stress are often two sides of the same coin. When the body’s connective tissue—the fascia—becomes restricted due to injury, posture, or stress, it creates a ripple effect throughout the entire system.

I am Josephine, a dedicated practitioner focused on helping you bridge the gap between clinical recovery and deep relaxation.

Clinical Expertise & Modalities

My practice is rooted in the understanding that the body is an interconnected web. I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques to facilitate long-term change:

  • Myofascial Release (MFR): I specialize in MFR to address restrictions within the fascial system. By applying sustained pressure into these connective tissue barriers, we can eliminate pain and restore motion at the source, rather than just treating the symptoms.

  • Therapeutic Massage: Since 2023, I have integrated Swedish and deep tissue techniques to improve circulation, reduce muscular hypertonicity, and support the body’s natural healing processes.
  • Pelvic Vitality & Yoni Steaming: Certified since 2018, I offer yoni steaming as a supportive modality for pelvic congestion and reproductive wellness, providing a non-invasive, thermal therapy to support the body’s internal balance.

A Trauma-Informed Environment

In a clinical setting, comfort is not just a luxury—it is a physiological necessity. For the nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” and into a state of repair, you must feel safe. I prioritize a trauma-informed approach, ensuring that every session is collaborative. Your feedback is the most important tool I have, and your physical and emotional boundaries are always respected.

Our Goal: Measurable Progress

Whether you are seeking relief from chronic pelvic pain, recovering from a structural injury, or looking to down-regulate a stressed nervous system, my goal is your progress. We work together to identify the root of your discomfort and create a path toward sustainable health.
